Member Agreements

Members of Phoenixville Area Time Bank agree to the following:

__I understand that as a PA Time Bank member, we offer neighborly services to each other. Members provide services to the best of their ability and do not guarantee their work.

__I understand that it is still my responsibility to use normal judgment, precautions and comfort levels in choosing to accept an appropriate exchange with other members of the time bank. At any time it is my right to decline an exchange.

__ I agree to make timely payment of my membership dues annually ($25 regular/$50 supporting).

__ I understand that PA Time Bank has volunteer liability insurance that provides some coverage for members should an accident occur during an exchange. Beyond that, the time bank is not responsible for liability or damages that may occur during an exchange.

__I understand that the references I have provided may be contacted.

__I have attended a Time Bank introduction or had a personal orientation with the time bank coordinator by phone or in person.
